Exchanges and Returns

  •  Returns and exchanges can be arranged within 10 days of receipt of purchase by contacting us.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging.  
  • We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges.  
  • All exchanges are dependent upon existing stock.  
  • Special orders, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  
  • Products that are damaged during shipping are eligible for an exchange of the same item and return shipping covered.  
  • Notify us immediately if your package is damaged so that we can take the necessary next steps with the shipping company.

Domestic Shipping


Most items are shipped ground via UPS or Fedex and are sent with a tracking number.  For an additional cost more expedient shipping options are available, please contact us via email to discuss.  We do not currently ship internationally.

Lead Times

Lead times vary based on each product and range from 4-8 weeks.  Please see individual product listing or contact us for specific lead times.


We process transactions using secure SSL encryption technologies and we do not store your credit card information.
